THE FINE PRINT All therapy services are extended health insurance eligible. Please check with your provider that you are covered for Registered Clinical Counselling (RCC). In addition, please be advised that we do not work with WCB, LTD or ICBC related claims. In our experience, reporting to a third party infringes and interferes with the therapeutic process.

NO SHOW/LATE FEE POLICY Please provide 48+ hours notice to reschedule or cancel free of charge. Late cancellation fees and no-show costs will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made.
